A Return Number MUST be obtained from our Customer Service prior to returning any products. Any product returned without a Return Number and Credit Return Request Form will be rejected by our Inwards Goods Department.
Product/s will only be accepted for Credit if:
Products that are returned because the customer changed his mind or it is a slow moving product will be considered for a credit on the discretion of EV TOWBARS AUTOMOTIVE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
Faulty parts are replaced on receipt of the product being returned as per above procedure and with additional 8D Issue Recognition Form (PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE PHOTOS OF ANY ISSUES ON THE ‘DEFECTIVE ITEM‘, NO ITEMS ARE TO BE MODIFIED WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT/SALES – IF TOWBAR IS MODIFIED THE WARRANTY IS VOID).
Outside of these conditions we may charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the Invoice Value.
Credit Return Request MUST be completed in full and returned with the product to DB Schenker Australia, 43-57 S Centre Rd, Melbourne Airport VIC 3045.
Freight Charges will not be credited for products returned and return freight to ship products back to EV TOWBARS AUTOMOTIVE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is the responsibility of the customer.
